Spring Mediation Training - BMT and FMT
Spring Mediation Training - BMT and FMT
Mediation is a structured process in which people in conflict meet with a neutral third-party to resolve conflicts. An alternative to the court process, mediation offers a respectful, non-adversarial, and flexible way to settle disputes. The CBDRC provides affordable and professional mediation services as well as education and training programs in mediation, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
Whether you want to become a professional mediator or simply learn more about collaborative dispute resolution, we can help you reach your goals at a reasonable cost. Many of those attending our Mediation Training are not interested in being mediators, but come to learn these skills and strategies to apply to their workplace or their personal lives.
